If 2025 had a theme at Lahlouh, it was this — show up, create something meaningful, and lift people up along the way. From industry events and global travel to a record-setting Pop-In and new technology investments, this year was full of moments that moved us forward.
Here’s a look back at everything we built, shared, shipped, and celebrated — Lahlouh Wrapped.

Promo Events — The Roadshow That Fueled Our Year
We kicked off 2025 by diving deep into the industry — learning, sharing, and connecting with peers whose insights continue to shape our work.
Peernet Works — Collaboration at its best
Peernet brought together some of the brightest minds in our industry. Conversations centered around the future of promo, responsible AI usage, tariff navigation, and new ways to drive value for clients. The energy in the room was unmistakable — a reminder of how powerful collaboration can be.
IGC Vietnam — A global perspective, up close
In Hanoi, we spent days exchanging ideas with our global partners on sustainability, supply chain strategy, and big-picture industry direction. Being surrounded by experts all pushing toward the same goal was one of the year’s standout moments.
China Office Visit — Strengthening the backbone of our supply chain
From Vietnam, our team traveled to China for face-to-face collaboration with our Lahlouh office. Together, we aligned on quality control, brand consistency, and sourcing strategies in today’s evolving tariff landscape. It was a meaningful reminder of how essential our on-the-ground team is to the service experience clients rely on.
commonsku Summit & sku camp — Creativity, Community, and Big Ideas
We also joined commonsku’s Summit and sku camp, two events known for bringing together some of the most forward-thinking pros in promo. From sessions on creative strategy and buyer behavior to candid conversations about leadership, pricing, and industry trends, these gatherings were all about leveling up. The best part? Connecting with peers who are redefining what branded merchandise can be — and bringing those insights back to our clients.

Merch Maker — Bringing Hands-On Branding to Life
Club Paraíso marked the debut of Merch Maker, and it quickly became the star of the event. Around 75 guests designed custom totes and t-shirts — with many doing both — making it one of our most popular activations ever.
The best part? Seeing each person’s creativity unfold. Guests mixed and matched graphics, played with layouts, and walked away with pieces that felt personal and fun. Beyond the finished product, Merch Maker proved just how powerful interactive branded experiences can be — sparking connection, boosting engagement, and showcasing the creative potential of merch in a whole new way.
Club Paraíso — Our Biggest Pop-In Yet
This year’s Pop-In Open House welcomed around 90 attendees — our largest event to date.
Merch Maker stole the spotlight, but it wasn’t the only standout. Our coffee bar kept the conversations flowing, guests loved the merch giveaways, and — for the first time — we unveiled the Direct Mail Piazza, an immersive walk-through of USPS promotions, personalization, and print capabilities.
It was interactive, informative, and genuinely fun — the perfect mix for a Lahlouh Pop-In.
brandbox — Big Growth, Big Moments
2025 was a milestone year for brandbox. We shipped 16,597 brandboxes and officially launched variable data printing, unlocking personalized unboxing experiences at scale.
Two trends defined the year:
- Employee swag refreshes
- Client prospecting kits
Both became our most-requested boxes as companies leaned into brand visibility and thoughtful outreach.
We also welcomed a major new client in the workforce management and business software space — further expanding brandbox’s reach across fast-growing verticals.

Online Solutions — Seamless Fulfillment for a Hybrid World
This year, we launched 18 new portals, supporting everything from full company stores to lightweight campaign microsites. With these tools, clients can centralize ordering for print, promo, apparel, signage, and kits — all with real-time inventory tracking, budget controls, and approval workflows built in.
And the impact shows:
- 91,430 orders fulfilled
- 203,468 products shipped
For distributed teams, fast-moving marketing departments, and organizations balancing hybrid work, these portals eliminate guesswork. The result is consistent branding, faster fulfillment, and a single source of truth for every tangible asset.
Print — Innovation, Insights, and Industry Leadership
From industry conferences to new machinery, 2025 pushed print technology forward — and our team was there for every step.
National Postal Forum — Direct Mail Proves Its Power
New research from NPF revealed direct mail as the top-performing demand generation channel:

PRINTING United Expo — The Future of Print Is Connected
Our leadership team saw firsthand how AI, automation, and integrated workflows are reshaping the print landscape. From smarter web-to-print platforms to new bindery automation and USPS-driven innovations, the industry is moving toward faster, more agile production — and Lahlouh is continuing to invest accordingly.
MBO Finishing Line — Raising the Bar for What’s Possible
This year we installed our new MBO Roll-Fed Finishing Line at our Ohio facility — a modular, high-speed system that converts printed rolls into fully finished marketing pieces in one seamless process. Postcards, folded mailers, brochures, booklets, self-mailers — everything is trimmed, scored, glued, folded, and stacked inline for maximum efficiency.
With speeds up to 824 feet per minute, dynamic perf and scoring, and real-time tooling adjustments, the MBO line dramatically reduces turnaround times and increases flexibility for runs of any size. It also expands what’s creatively possible, enabling complex folds, stitched booklets, and variable-data mailers without slowing down production.
In short: the MBO line is a major upgrade that strengthens our ability to deliver scale, speed, and quality at once — giving clients faster timelines, more options, and even more polished final pieces.

Celebrations — The Heart of Lahlouh
At Lahlouh, we celebrate people first — and this year delivered moments that brought us together in meaningful ways.
Filipino Heritage Day
We honored the Philippines’ Independence Day with traditional dishes, a cultural dance performance, and a celebration of the community that enriches our team.
4th of July BBQ
Employees came together for a summer afternoon of good food, games, and connection — a simple tradition that grows stronger every year.
Halloween at Lahlouh
Creative costumes, team themes, and friendly competition filled the day — one of our most spirited celebrations.
Thanksgiving Turkeys
One of our longest-standing traditions: every employee receives a Thanksgiving turkey to bring home to their family. It’s a gesture that reflects our values — gratitude, generosity, and care.

Supporting our community and the organizations we believe in is central to who we are.
LEMO Foundation — Annual Golf Tournament
A Bay Area nonprofit working to close the opportunity gap for student athletes, LEMO provides a unique campus where young athletes can play, learn, and grow. We created premium swag bags for every tournament participant — from golf balls and towels to Igloo totes and cross-body bags.
Dreams 33 — Harmon and Sue Burns Memorial Golf Tournament
Dreams 33 supports youth impacted by foster care as they pursue higher education. For their annual tournament, we supplied custom cooler bags for all attendees — a small contribution to a mission that creates life-changing opportunities.
The V Foundation — Cancer Research Funding
Dedicated to advancing cancer research, The V Foundation ensures every penny of direct donations goes toward scientific progress. We were proud to support their mission this year.

Looking Ahead
2025 was a year of momentum — new technology, new capabilities, new partnerships, and new reasons to be proud of what we’re building together.
