Product Packaging
Our structural engineers can help you create sustainable packaging using all paper-based products. This will make your packaging recyclable and/or compostable. We offer FSC certified substrates that ensure sustainable manufacturing and, in some cases, post-consumer recycled contents. In addition, our custom packaging will include inserts that eliminate the need for a plastic filler that will ultimately end up in landfills.
Shipping Packaging
Once your products have been produced, we normally batch them before placing them in larger corrugate boxes for protection against damage during shipping. To make this process as sustainable as possible, we have brought on a Packsize Machine that creates custom on-demand packaging.
This allows us to create boxes to match the size of your product perfectly within minutes - reducing box sizes by up to a whopping 40%. What does this mean? An average 26% reduction in corrugate and 60% less plastic void fill- all while saving cost on freight!
